At Jolly Shops, we offer two material options for our backdrops and standees:
- Foam Board: Available only for local pick-up in South Florida (Miami-Dade & Broward County areas). Foam is delicate and not suitable for shipping.
- Corrugated Plastic: Our default and only shipping option. Durable, lightweight, and perfect for nationwide delivery.
🚫 Important: Any orders placed with foam board that require shipping will be automatically canceled and refunded. Please select corrugated plastic if you need your item shipped.
Need it Faster?:
We can offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. During checkout, there are two expedited shipping options; 2 Day and 1 Day shipping. The expedited shipping starts after your order is processed and NOT starting at the time of purchase. Expedited Shipping works only on business days, holidays may interfere and would resume after.
Orders must be placed before 9pm EST time to be in line for production the following business day or so.
Turnaround and Shipping:
2-4 business days to process and ship. Please note that larger signs are shipped pre scored and folded to provide savings on shipping.
Please note that we do our best to ship all items in a timely manner. Once package is picked up by carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or loss of package.
All signs are made to order, therefore, returns are not allowed and all sales are final. Cancellations can only be made via message 24 hours from the moment your order is placed.
We do our best to package you sign as best as possible. We understand accidents happen in transit. Should your sign arrive damaged please send us pictures of the box and damaged sign along with a picture of the shipping label. The more images we have the better to make a claim with shipping carriers. Claims should be made within 3-5 days of item delivery. Your sign will be replaced at no additional cost and will be sent without stakes. Please keep the stakes that are shipped with the original shipment.
