Printing Method:
DTF printing method is used for these shirts. A process of printing on using specialized or modified ink jet technology with specialty textile inks that are applied to a specialty transfer sheet and then heat pressed directly to the garment. The inks are then absorbed by the garment.
Turnaround and Shipping:
3-5 business days to process, produce and ship your order. Transit times will vary on location. We ship all items via USPS or Fedex. Please note that we do our best to ship all items in a timely manner. Once package is picked up by carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or loss of package.
Returns or Cancellations:
All garments are made to order, therefore, returns are not allowed and all sales are final. Cancellations can only be made via message 24 hours from the moment your order is placed.
Shipping Damages:
We do our best to package your items as best as possible. We understand accidents happen in transit. Should your garment arrive damaged please send us pictures of the packaging and damaged garment along with a picture of the shipping label. The more images we have the better to make a claim with shipping carriers. Claims should be made within 1-2 days of item delivery. Your garment will be replaced at no additional cost.
Washing and Care Instructions:
Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. No fabric softeners or bleach. Hang-dry for longest life or tumble-dry on low. Cool iron or steam inside-out if necessary. Do not iron the design area. Do not dry clean.
