The Fine Print

Processing Time : Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.

Oversize Signs : Larger signs are shipped pre-scored and folded to provide savings on shipping costs to you. If sign is too large it may be cut in half to accommodate shipping boxes.

Timely Shipping : Please be patient, it takes 2-3 business days for production to start. We strive to ship all items promptly, but once the package is picked up by the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays or loss of the package.

As all items are made to order, returns are not allowed, and all sales are final. Cancellations can only be made via email within 12-24 hours of

placing your order.

We take great care to package your item securely, but accidents can happen during transit.

Procedure : If your item arrives damaged or defective, please write to us via email and include pictures of the original box your order came in, the damaged item, and  clear photo of the shipping label within 2-3 days of delivery.

Replacements : Your damaged item will be replaced at no additional cost.

If signs need to be replaced, you replacement signs will be sent without stakes, so please keep the stakes from the original shipment.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for stolen packages. To help prevent this, we recommend the following options:

 

Deliver to a Secure Location : Consider having your package delivered to a workplace, a trusted neighbor, or a secure parcel locker.

Signature Confirmation : Request to add signature required upon delivery for added security. This service would require an additional fee. Please note this will require someone over the age of 18 to physically recieve and sign for the package. If several unsuccessful attempts are made, the carrier will return the package to us. In this case, only a partial refund would be given. If you would like it to be resent it would require a new shipping fee.

Hold at Post Office/Carrier Office : Request that the carrier holds your package at the local carrier service office for pickup.

Size Description : Please note that sizes may appear larger in photos due to angles and perspective. Refer to the size description provided in the listing.

Color Disclaimer : Colors may appear differently on your screen. While we try our best to stay true to the colors shown online, there may be slight variations.

Feedback/Review Disclaimer : We appreciate and encourage positive feedback through photo reviews and comments. However, if you encounter any issues, please reach out to us first so we can resolve them efficiently and provide reliable customer service.

Yard Sign Stakes Policy : As a courtesy, we often include yard sign stakes with your purchase at no additional cost, provided they are in stock. We want to ensure your yard signs are ready to display right out of the box. If your order happens to arrive without stakes and you need them immediately, they can be easily purchased at your local hardware store. We recommend this option for a quick and efficient solution.

If an easel back was ordered, your sign will not include yard stakes since the sign is modified to be displayed on a flat flooring with an easel back.

Folded Signs Notice : In order to make your order as cost effective to you, we sometimes score the sign in half to save you on added shipping cost incurred by large size boxes. If your sign has been scored in half we recommend you apply duct tape along the cut line in order to provide the sign with additional support when displaying. 

If you purchased an easelback item, follow the instructions above and put the easelback directly on top of the fold line. This will add even more support for the item when displayed.
