Need for indoor use?:
We offer easel backs for individual characters. Add to cart the amount you need under our drop down menu. Easel backs sold separately. If you order easelbacks, stakes will NOT be included. You may message or write a note advising you'd like stakes as well
Need it Faster?:
We can offer expedited shipping at an additional cost. During checkout, there are two expedited shipping options; 2 Day and 1 Day shipping. The expedited shipping starts after your order is processed and NOT starting at the time of purchasee
Orders must be placed before 9pm EST time to be in line for production the following business day or so.
Turnaround and Shipping:
3-5 business days to process and ship. Please note that larger signs are shipped pre scored and folded to provide savings on shipping.
Returns or Cancellations:
All signs are made to order, therefore, returns are not allowed and all sales are final. Cancellations can only be made via message 12 hours from the moment your order is placed.
Shipping Damages:
We do our best to package you sign as best as possible. We understand accidents happen in transit. Should your sign arrive damaged please send us pictures of the box and damaged sign along with a picture of the shipping label. The more images we have the better to make a claim with shipping carriers. Claims should be made within 24 hours of item delivery. Your sign will be replaced at no additional cost and will be sent without stakes. Please keep the stakes that are shipped with the original shipment.
Stolen Packages:
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered the buyer's responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for stolen packages. To help prevent this, we recommend the following options:
- Deliver to a Secure Location: Consider having your package delivered to a workplace, a trusted neighbor, or a secure parcel locker
- Signature Confirmation: Request to add signature required upon delivery for added security. This service would require an additional fee. Please note this will require someone over the age of 18 to physically recieve and sign for the package. If several attempts for delivery are made unsuccesfully, the carrier will return the package to us. In this case, only a partial refund would be given. If you would like it to be resent it would require a new shipping fee.
- Hold at Post Office: Request that the carrier holds your package at the local carrier service office for pickup.
